We are so grateful for any donations: old tools, timber, money to support the workshop, or volunteer hours.

It is an uphill battle to keep the Centre going as we do not receive any government funding to support the students or instructors. We have volunteers running the shop, others who guide tourists through the workshop every day, and yet others who make marvellous bespoke creations with our scrap wood to sell in the shop (we respect our beautiful Tassie timbers and treat every bit as precious) with every dollar used to support the workshop.

Any donation you make supports us to keep the craft of traditional wooden boat building alive in Tasmania, and we thank you for it.
