Taiwanese TV visits the Wooden Boat Centre

On Friday we had an extended visit from the film crew that were filming the popular I - Walker travel program to be screened later in the year.  The show follows their celebrities Paul and Vicki around to interesting locations worldwide to inspire tourism experiences.  It has a family audience but targets the 25 - 44 year olds.  It is screened weekly in Taiwan as well as in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Los Angeles.  It also has an online broadcast to China.

The crew toured the Wooden Boat Centre, experienced a Calm Water Sail onboard Yukon and were treated to a locally inspired lunch provided by Kate from Chomps Elysees Catering.  We expect Franklin to be 'big in Taiwan' by later in the year.
